Cooper has been through a lot. He lost his first home and was rescued as a stray, but shortly afterward he escaped from his foster at a dog park and was hit by a car. Fortunately he was microchipped and the lovely people at Sweet Angel Dog Rescue were able to find him and fund his recovery. Throughout everything, he's been a gentle and patient boy. He takes medicine well, has learned to trust helping hands even when he hurts, and now that he's all healed up, he can have as many belly rubs as he wants again! He's in his second foster home now with us, but it turns out he's not a cat-friendly guy, and we're a cat and dog household. That means Coop needs a new place!
